We love and care deeply for our animals. Farmer/Baker Nancy has been known to bake especially for the animals and chop up treats from the garden and even dig up worms. She loves them and even shares her yogurt and kefir & buttermilk with the poultry to their great joy!
Above are our Blue Copper, Splash Copper, Black Copper and Wheaten Marans. The coloration is always darkest on the BCM's But remember over time as they lay, both all Marans eggs lighten up as do the welsummer eggs. Below are the Welsummers who lay coppery eggs and sometimes with specs on them
